The automatic crane, the storage and conveying of the moving beam, the loading and unloading, material, tank solution temperature, anodize power supply, coloring power supply, ED power supply, drying furnace, the automatic conveying device for empty beams and other equipment operate in coordination and automatically.

  • Fixed mode:Runs with fixed process and constant cycle, optimized for mass production of single specification to improve productivity greatly.
  • Flexible Mode: Simultaneous production of multiple profiles (colored / natural silver anodized with varied film thickness). The system switches and cross‑operates different processes automatically, the central controller optimizes crane coordination via intelligent calculation to improve overall efficiency.
Humanized Operation Any single piece of equipment can switch between manual and auto mode independently without disrupting automatic operation of other units, realizing human‑machine interaction.
Network & Digital Function The loading system can be connected with the factory’s digital production management system to automatically receive profile specifications, customer data and process parameters.
The central control system integrates functions including production reporting, process control, equipment status and energy efficiency management. It automatically generates shift and monthly reports, save operating data and reserves standard network interfaces, enabling superior management systems such as ERP and MES to directly access real-time data for remote monitoring.
High safety&Reliability
Lock Hook If the beam confirmation signal is undetected upon hook lifting, or the signal drops out during travelling and hoisting up/down, the crane executes emergency rapid stop and triggers on-screen fault alert.
Anti-Collision Control Via wireless communication with central control system, real-time position data of each crane is monitored and cross-checked to maintain safe clearance between adjacent cranes.
Closed-Loop Positioning The crane used servo positioning with absolute encoder positioning and physical groove-center proximity sensors for high-precision positioning.
Safety Alerts The alarm sound keeps playing during the crane operation.
Anti-Twist Dectection Real-time twist monitoring ensures parallel hook handover between interconnected cranes and avoids misalignment during transferring.
Anti-Collision(Safety light curtain) When foreign objects or personnel intrude into the light curtain detection zone under automatic mode, the crane decelerates to halt and locks startup interlock to forbid restart.
